Autumn Themes at St Wulstans


In October, we are taking an overview of a few important Christian cornerstones

  • “H is for harvest” Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
  • “H is for hope” John 9
  • “H is for healing” Isaiah 35.3–6
  • “H is for holiness” Isaiah 6:1-8


Friendship Group: starting at St Wulstans. This is a new group aimed at the over 60s, with speakers, quiz afternoons, outings etc. Meeting 1st and 3rd Mondays 12 – 2pm. ALL WELCOME (£4 contribution) Contact Lyn via the Vicar

5pm Pastoral Surgery at St Wulstans
7pm Sarah visiting brownies at the KGV
7.30pm Diocesan Group using St Wulstans

14 October — Friday
1pm Funeral of Rose Challis at St Barnabas, and later at Astwood Cemetery
3.30 Sarah has a meeting in Warndon Oasis

15 October — Saturday
10am Open Door Café at St Wulstans including TEABAG activities in the grounds
2pm Private booking in St Wulstans

16 October — Sunday
10am Sarah is at St Barnabas first
11.15am Communion for St Luke’s Day, including prayers for wholeness and healing. Julie Berrow is our guest speaker
